able to afford housing usually go to these places. Individuals find
these places amusing, and the more they come, the more money the company
makes, and therefore it will eventually attract everyone. |
| Gentrification is something that will effect the people living near the neighborhood or in the area, and it is a growing pandemic. Affordable housing has been replaced by new condominiums, stores that mostly are for the rich and wealthy. It's a problem for people who live in the neighborhood or the area, because rent prices go up for affordable housing, and I'm an individual who lives in these areas, so it effects me as well. |
This is also some of the attractive stores most individuals who go to. This is a bookstore that includes a cafe, music, and food as well. Most of the items are expensive, if you've ever there before like me.
